Qualifications
✔ Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
✔ Excellent public speaking and communication skills
✔ Excellent teaching and presentation skills
✔ Willing to undergo training in the operation and maintenance of ship handling and engine room simulators
✔ Willing to undergo training in the operation and maintenance of various electrical and electronic trainers
✔ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous work experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in laboratory exercises and assessments conducted in the DELTECH Lab
• Support instructors and assessors in the operation and familiarization of laboratory tools and equipment
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic training equipment
• Design, develop, and build additional electrical and electronic trainers
• Manage and maintain inventory of electrical and electronic hand tools and test equipment
• Prepare, operate, and maintain Engine Room Simulators (Transas, Rheinmetall, and Unitest)
• Facilitate laboratory and practical exercises in the absence of an instructor
• Assist in the development and enhancement of training course content
