Crisis Management and Human Behavior (CMHB)
The goal of the course is to increase the awareness of personnel responsible for the safety of passengers (on passenger vessels) in an emergency situation.

Course duration is 1 day. Upon completion of the course, the participants are expected to identify signs of stress and their effects on human behaviour, understand human behaviour in case of an emergency, discuss essential measures during a crisis, and understand Crowd Management and Crisis Communication.
