Engine Hall
Our state-of-the-art engine hall includes several 2-stroke and 4-stroke Wärtsilä diesel engines and generators for both marine propulsion and stationary use.
With several engines at our disposal we develop ship specific training programs with hands-on components where trainees can apply theory through operating, maintaining and reparing shipboard engines and specific engine parts.
Our engineering equipment alongside our workshops and deltech laboratory gives our training programs full coverage of required skills for trainees to excel in their duties.

Mooring Station
GigaMare has a fully equipped mooring station with a complete, realistic ship forward replica built to induce effective learning on safety awareness and competency.
Our state-of-the-art mooring equipment allows participants to apply theories practically with real-life machinery with significantly higher efficiency and safety in learning.
Welding Workshop
Fully stocked welding workshop with several welding stations, including 2 GYS titanium welding machines (TIG & MMA) equipped with argon regulators, for engine and equipment maintenance and repair, allowing our trainees to seamlessly transition from theory to hands-on practical exercises.
DNV certified welding procedures WPS 3G welding position Vertical UP (PF) and 6G welding position HL045.
Our welding workshop is designed to support the specific engines and equipment in our engine hall and other facilities in creating a complete learning experience.

Machining Workshop
Our machining workshop for equipment and engine part maintenance and repair. Practical exercises for hands-on experience.
We use our machining workshop in conjunction with our other infrastructure to tailor complete training packages for our clients.
Deltech Laboratory
Our deltech laboratory is a dynamic and hands-on learning environment designed to provide students, engineers and technicians with practical experience in the field of electrical systems.
Our trainees have access to a wide range of equipment including motors, generators, switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, refrigeration units, high voltage systems and more.
From theory to real-world application, we enable trainees to develop skills for troubleshooting, maintenance and system design.
